Pricing

How REDG pricing works

Every REDG engagement is quoted on its scope. Here is exactly what determines your price, so you know what to expect before the strategy call.

What determines your quote

Role and staffing

Which role you need (caller, data manager, lead manager, texter, acquisition or admin support) and whether you need one assistant or a team.

Hours and coverage

Weekly hours and the calling or working windows the assistant must cover in your time zone.

Supervision, training and QA

Every REDG role includes recruiting, real estate training and ongoing supervision. The depth of quality review and reporting you need affects scope.

Tools and data

Whether REDG or your team supplies the dialer, CRM, phone numbers, lists and skip tracing. Data, skip-tracing credits and software subscriptions are usually billed to your accounts.

Setup and add-ons

Any one-time setup work, such as script development, CRM cleanup or REISift restructuring, and optional add-on roles.

Commitment and terms

Billing basis, minimum commitment, replacement process and cancellation terms are set out in your proposal before work begins.

What every REDG role includes

  • Recruiting and real estate-specific training
  • A dedicated assistant assigned to your business
  • Supervision and regular quality review
  • Replacement handling managed by REDG
  • Regular activity and outcome reporting

Pricing questions

01Why doesn't REDG list a single price?

Cost depends on the role, hours, tools and data involved. A quote based on your actual scope is more accurate than a generic starting price.

02What is usually billed separately?

Third-party costs such as data, skip-tracing credits, dialer seats, phone numbers and CRM subscriptions, unless your proposal says REDG supplies them.

03How do I get a quote?

Book a strategy call. We review your lead sources, tools and goals, then send a written, scope-based proposal.
